HR Consultant Vietnam - Freelance

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Engagement: Freelance / Part-Time Consulting

We are looking for an experienced HR Consultant based in Ho Chi Minh City to provide freelance advisory and consulting support for our Vietnam operations.

This is not a full-time position. We are looking for a senior HR professional who can support us on an as-needed basis with HR practices, payroll, compliance, and company administration matters in Vietnam.

• Vietnam HR policies and best practices
• Vietnamese labour law and employment compliance
• Employment contracts and HR documentation
• Payroll practices, statutory payments, and employee benefits
• Social insurance and other employment-related requirements
• Recruitment and employee administration
• Company HR compliance and administration
• Guidance on HR-related government requirements
• Reviewing our existing HR processes and recommending improvements
  

• Minimum 10 years of HR experience in Vietnam
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labour laws and HR compliance
• Hands-on experience with payroll and statutory requirements
• Experience in company administration and HR operations
• Ability to provide practical advice to management
• Based in Ho Chi Minh City
• Good English communication skills preferred
• Previous experience as an HR Consultant / HR Manager / Head of HR would be an advantage
  

This will be a freelance consulting engagement, based on our requirements. The consultant may be required to attend occasional meetings at our Ho Chi Minh City office.
