Role DescriptionAs an HR Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you will support payroll administration, employee benefits, statutory compliance, contract management, and HR operations for our clients while working closely with internal teams, clients, government authorities, and banking partners.
Key Responsibilities- Manage payroll banking processes and resolve payroll-related issues with banking partners.
- Administer employee benefits, including insurance, leave, Adiflex, and HRIS (SunFish) administration.
- Support employee onboarding, statutory registrations, and HR administrative processes.
- Coordinate Personal Income Tax (PIT) and Social, Medical & Unemployment Insurance (SMUI) processes to ensure timely and compliant submissions.
- Prepare and maintain employment contracts, employee records, and HR documentation, while supporting contract digitalization initiatives.
- Assist with statutory reporting, audits, and compliance with local labor regulations.
- Act as the primary HR administrative contact for clients and provide translation support when required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient HR service delivery.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, or HR Generalist roles.
- Strong knowledge of payroll, employee benefits, PIT, SMUI, and local labor regulations.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese (spoken and written) is required.
