Job Overview

We are looking for an HR Business Partner to act as a strategic bridge between HR and Operations. You won't just do traditional HR; you will be a true business partner who understands manpower and productivity to help our Studios/Functions achieve growth targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Workforce Planning: Partner with TA and line managers to review hiring needs and develop manpower plans based on the growth plan.
  • Organization Development: Support building career roadmaps and skill matrices for tech/creative roles. Review organizational design to prevent overlaps or gaps.
  • Change Management: Manage changes related to project transfers or structural shifts. Guide managers on sustaining morale and trust during resource reallocation.
  • Business Insight & Advisory: Analyze HR data (attrition, productivity, absenteeism) and connect metrics with project operations to provide actionable insights to line managers.
  • Employee Relations (ER): Manage interpersonal conflicts and disciplinary procedures. Advise managers on conflict resolution to maintain employee trust.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 35 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in HRBP or HR Generalist roles (Business Partnering focus).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate HR data into actionable business insights.
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of workforce planning, organizational structures, and HR metrics (attrition, headcount efficiency).
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, relationship-building, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Industry Preference: Experience in project-based environments such as IT, Gaming, or Outsourcing services is a major plus.
