The
HRBP Manager acts as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving people strategies that support business objectives, organizational effectiveness, and sustainable growth in a fast-changing, global environment.
- Partner with functional leaders to develop and execute HR plans aligned with business strategies.
- Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, headcount, and productivity optimization.
- Support performance management, talent development, and succession planning initiatives.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, HR policies, and people-related issues within assigned functions.
- Drive organizational improvement, change initiatives, and employee engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Good English proficiency, able to communicate and work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including roles in HR/HRBP/Employee Relations supporting functional units.
- Strong foundation in HR strategy and practices, with a business partnering and results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication, consulting, management, and problem-solving skills at managerial level.
