The HRBP Manager acts as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving people strategies that support business objectives, organizational effectiveness, and sustainable growth in a fast-changing, global environment.
Partner with functional leaders to develop and execute HR plans aligned with business strategies.
Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, headcount, and productivity optimization.
Support performance management, talent development, and succession planning initiatives.
Provide guidance on employee relations, HR policies, and people-related issues within assigned functions.
Drive organizational improvement, change initiatives, and employee engagement.
Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
Good English proficiency, able to communicate and work effectively in a multicultural environment.
Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including roles in HR/HRBP/Employee Relations supporting functional units.
Strong foundation in HR strategy and practices, with a business partnering and results-driven mindset.
Excellent communication, consulting, management, and problem-solving skills at managerial level.
