The HR Business Partner Manager is a partner with business leaders in driving people strategies and supporting business growth. In addition to the HR Business Partner role, this position also leads key Organization Development initiatives, including talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
HR Business Partnering
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Support workforce planning, organization design, and manpower planning.
- Provide guidance on performance management, employee development, succession planning, and organizational changes.
- Analyze workforce trends and recommend improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide practical HR solutions to support business growth.
Organization Development
- Lead organization development initiatives to strengthen organizational capability.
- Support talent management, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
- Develop competency frameworks and career development initiatives.
- Drive change management and organizational improvement projects.
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, and other HR teams to deliver integrated HR solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of HR experience, including solid HR Business Partner experience.
- Experience supporting Commercial functions is preferred.
- Exposure to Organization Development, Talent Management, or Learning & Development is an advantage.
- Strong business partnering, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
- Good English skills both written and spoken.
