Job Description

Base Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Job Responsibilities

  1. Be responsible for collecting and organizing employee salary information, ensuring all taxable income (including wages, bonuses, benefits in kind, etc.) is accurate and complete.
  2. Submit employee individual income tax declarations monthly or quarterly as required by the Vietnamese government, and ensure timely payment. Assist in handling employee inquiries and issues related to taxation to ensure tax compliance.
  3. Manage the daily administrative affairs of the HR department, including document filing, data organization, and office supplies procurement.
  4. Assist in organizing internal training sessions, meetings, and events; support employee onboarding and offboarding procedures. Maintain the employee information management system, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all records.
  5. Handle work permit applications and management. Assist employers in preparing application materials, including the company's business registration certificate, financial statements, and employees educational certificates.
  6. Submit work permit applications and track their progress. Assist in renewing work permits by preparing relevant documents (such as company financial reports, personal tax statements, educational verification, etc.).
  7. Assist in handling visa renewals and change applications for expatriate employees. Provide consultation on labor policies to ensure both the company and employees comply with local labor laws. Regularly update relevant HR regulations and policies to ensure company operations meet the latest requirements.
  8. Other temporary support tasks

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields are preferred.
  2. At least 1 year of relevant work experience; familiarity with tax and labor laws is preferred.
  3. Proficient in using Microsoft Office software; possess strong data analysis and document management skills.
  4. Detail-oriented, organized, with excellent communication skills and a team-oriented spirit. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and strong time management skills.
  5. Good command of written and spoken Chinese, Vietnamese, and English, capable of proficiently handling documents and communication.

工作职责

1、负责收集和整理员工的薪资信息,确保所有应税收入(包括工资、奖金、实物福利等)准确无误;

2、按照越南政府要求,每月或每季度提交员工个人所得税以及公司税务申报,并确保按时缴纳;协助处理员工税务相关的咨询和问题,确保税务合规;

3、管理人力部的日常行政事务,包括文件归档、资料整理和办公用品采购;

4、协助组织内部培训、会议及活动,支持员工入职和离职流程;维护员工信息管理系统,确保所有记录的准确性和完整性;

5、工签申请与管理,协助雇主准备工签申请材料,包括公司注册证书、财务报表、员工学历证明等;

6、提交工签申请,并跟踪申请进度;协助续签工签,准备相关材料(如公司财务报告、个人税单、学历验证等);

7、协助处理外籍员工的签证更新、变更申请;提供劳工政策咨询,确保公司和员工遵守本地的劳动法规;定期更新人力部相关法规和政策,确保公司运营符合最新要求。

8、其他临时支撑事务

任职要求

1、本科或以上学历,优先考虑人力资源、行政管理或相关专业。

2、至少1年以上相关工作经验,熟悉税务和劳工法规。

3、熟练使用Microsoft Office软件,具备良好的数据分析和文档管理能力。

4、细心、有条理,具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。 能够在快节奏的环境中高效工作,具备较强的时间管理能力。

5、良好的中越英文读写能力,能够熟练处理文件和沟通
