Job Description

My client is looking for a HR & Admin Manager base in HCMC (individual contributor)

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Country General Manager and business leaders to implement HR strategies
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work culture, driving continuous improvement in local HR processes and SOPs.
  • Lead Talent Acquisition & Talent Management, including end to end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation). Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles and support long-term succession planning.
  • Manage compensation and performance matters, including annual performance reviews, salary revisions, and calibration exercises, ensuring alignment with regional / global guidelines and competitiveness in the local market.
  • Drive learning & development initiatives, developing annual training plans that equip employees across the organization with essential skills and competencies.
  • Ensure full compliance with Country labour laws, statutory requirements and internal company policies.
  • Oversee accurate maintenance of HR records, including employee files, employment contracts, HR documentation, and local HR SOPs.
  • Manage the payroll process in collaboration with the payroll vendor, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely submission.
  • Handle employee relations matters, providing guidance and support on grievances, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Manage office administrative function end-to-end.
  • Coordinate workplace health & safety initiatives, ensuring adherence to local HSE regulations and promoting a safe working environment.
  • Participate in regional and global HR initiatives, taking the lead on selected projects to support broader organizational development and transformation efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • At least 7 years of progressive HR experience, ideally within a multinational or global organization
  • Strong understanding of Country Labour Legislation, employee relations, and disciplinary processes.
