Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Strategy: Lead end-to-end recruitment for the Vietnam plant, with a focus on technical positions (60% of hires). Ensure key staffing ratios meet or exceed 90% on-time fulfillment.
- Compensation & Compliance: Design and implement localized salary structures that balance corporate policies with Vietnamese labor law (including social insurance and personal income tax compliance).
- Cross-cultural Collaboration: Act as a Global HRBP to facilitate communication and execution between Chinese and Vietnamese teams in areas such as performance management and employee relations.
- Administrative Operations: Oversee plant administrative functions, including visa processing, security, and logistics, while optimizing operational costs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years as an HR & Admin Manager in the manufacturing sector, preferably with a multinational corporation.
- In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese labor law and compensation structure design.
- Proficiency in English or Chinese as a working language.
