Role Description

1. Human Resources Management: Recruitment & Workforce Planning: Manage end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning, ensuring timely hiring, budget alignment, and updated job descriptions/processe

  • Compensation & Benefits: Manage payroll, benefits, and insurance; ensure labor law compliance; handle salary benchmarking, reviews, and compensation structure.
  • Employee Relations Communicate: Manage employee relations by communicating policies, handling grievances, collaborating with unions, improving engagement, and reducing turnover and absenteeism.
  • Training & Development: Plan and implement training programs, assess training needs, manage onboarding, and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Performance Management: Manage performance systems (KPIs, appraisals), link results to compensation and development, and drive retention and succession planning.

2. Administration Management: Manage all admin operations, including office services, legal documents (visa, work permit), and compliance. Oversee facilities such as canteen, cleaning, security, and maintenance to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operations.

3. Compliance & Labor Safety:Ensure legal compliance and workplace safety by managing OHS programs and coordinating inspections and audits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR & Admin, including at least 5 years in managerial level
  • Strong experience in manufacturing companies (FDI preferred)
  • Solid knowledge of HR, Administration, Compliance, and Maintenance functions
