1- Administrative Tasks
- Manage office supplies, company assets, and office equipment.
- Handle incoming/outgoing documents, contracts, and administrative records.
- Support logistics and preparations for internal company events.
- Work with external vendors (office supplies, service providers, maintenance teams, etc.).
2- Human Resources Tasks
- Track daily attendance, leave records, and overtime for all employees.
- Ensure accuracy and timely updates in the attendance system.
- Calculate monthly payroll, allowances, incentives, and bonuses.
- Calculate commission for both local and international Sales/CS teams based on the company's commission policy.
- Coordinate with the Accounting Department on payroll verification, commission reconciliation, and mandatory insurance reports
- Maintain and update employee personnel files.
- Assist in recruitment activities: posting job ads, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews when required.
Yu cu ng vin
- College/University degree in Human Resources, Administration, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in HR & Admin or HR Generalist roles.
- Solid knowledge of timekeeping, payroll calculation, and commission schemes, especially for Sales/CS teams.
- Proficient in Excel (formulas, data reconciliation, payroll spreadsheets).
- Detail-oriented, honest, organized, and responsible with numerical data.
- Good communication and task-management skills.
- English proficiency (intermediate level or above) to work with international teams and calculate commissions for overseas SalesCS staff.
