As the key market for growth, we are looking for Tire Sales Manager Myanmar, to join our Team to support our clients in Myanmar,.

Essential Functions:

  • Develop HR strategies aligned with business goals, leading end-to-end recruitment to hire quality talents timely.
  • Manage full employee lifecycle and maintain accurate records in compliance with local labor laws.
  • Oversee local administrative operations: office facility management, vendor coordination, supplies procurement and expense control for efficient daily work.
  • Handle employee relations, address inquiries, resolve issues and organize team-building activities to boost engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with headquarters and local departments to formulate/update HR & Admin policies complying with local regulations, and conduct policy communication.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental admin support, including meeting/event organization, business travel arrangement and other ad-hoc tasks from management.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in HR Management, Business Administration or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of HR & Admin management experience, with proven end-to-end recruitment experience .
  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (spoken & written) and English, with strong communication and coordination skills for headquarters and local team interaction.
  • Proficient in local labor laws, with solid knowledge of core HR modules and administrative management processes.
  • Proactive problem-solver with good team leadership; able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High sense of responsibility, integrity and strong confidentiality awareness.
