Job Description

The role

Are you a passionate and experienced HR professional ready to take on an exciting challenge We have a fantastic newly created opportunity for you to join our team in Vietnam.

Report to: General Manager - Vietnam

What will you do:

  • Full spectrum of human resources management covering recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, staff relations, training & development as well as other HR functions.
  • Devise and implement company-wide initiatives such as talent management, manpower planning, staff capacity building, performance reward system, retention and staff communication programs, etc.
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders to drive organization development including workforce and skills analysis, succession planning, learning and development planning, change management, etc.
  • Develop and review company policies & procedures/employee handbook to ensure the HR policies & procedures comply with the relevant ordinances and corporate strategies.
  • Be responsible for the preparation and control of the HR budget.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

What are we looking for:

  • University degree in HR Management
  • 6+ Years of experience in HR Operations/ HRBP, preferably from a multinational/ retail company
  • Well-versed in employment-related ordinances and regulations
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition, HRBP, Learning & Development will be a plus
  • Reliable, rigorous, pragmatic and attentive to details.
  • Show critical thinking, take initiative and ownership
  • Be autonomous, communicate well, and be able to engage with all stakeholders and colleagues.
  • Team development, hire and grow a strong team.
  • Lead organisational cultural change and set up an open and feedback culture.
  • Business-oriented and have a growth mindset
  • Able to prioritize tasks and respect deadlines.
  • Solid experience in MS Office (Word, Excel and PPT), SAP and Tableau will be a plus
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in Vietnamese and English
