Job Description

Admin Tasks (60%)

Maintain and organize employee records and HR documentation

Support onboarding processes for new employees (documentation, orientation preparation)

Assist in attendance tracking and HR data updates

Prepare HR-related reports and internal documents

Coordinate office supplies and administrative tasks.

Internal Communication Tasks (40%)

Support planning, contribute creative ideas and executing internal communication campaigns and employee engagement activities.

Assist in organizing internal events such as birthdays, workshops, etc.

Edit short-form videos for internal campaigns, company events, and employer branding.

Design and write content for internal channels (email, fanpage, etc.).

Other tasks assigned by team leader.

Qualifications

  • Final year student in an internship or you have graduated with a career orientation in HR.
  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools)
  • Familiarity with design tools (Canva or similar platforms)
  • Internship duration: minimum period of 4 months.
  • You need to be a person who is responsible for work and want to learn more about human resources.
  • Good at English reading and communication skill.
