Job Description
Admin Tasks (60%)
Maintain and organize employee records and HR documentation
Support onboarding processes for new employees (documentation, orientation preparation)
Assist in attendance tracking and HR data updates
Prepare HR-related reports and internal documents
Coordinate office supplies and administrative tasks.
Internal Communication Tasks (40%)
Support planning, contribute creative ideas and executing internal communication campaigns and employee engagement activities.
Assist in organizing internal events such as birthdays, workshops, etc.
Edit short-form videos for internal campaigns, company events, and employer branding.
Design and write content for internal channels (email, fanpage, etc.).
Other tasks assigned by team leader.
