Algorithmics - The International Coding School - teaches programming to students from 5 to 17 years old. At Algorithmics, students will be taught how to command technology and develop essential soft skills of the 21st Century - empowering them to have their choice of professions-of-the-future.
A. Main Responsibilities
Human Resources:
- Maintain employee records and assist with updating HR databases.
- Support in handling employee queries regarding HR policies and benefits.
- Prepare and share monthly timesheets with company staff.
Administrative Support:
- Handle office supplies inventory and assist in ordering and managing supplies.
- Support in managing company events and meetings, including scheduling and coordinating logistics.
- Help with travel arrangements and accommodation bookings for employees and visitors.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Support daily operational tasks on the Odoo platform.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the HR and Admin teams.
B. Qualifications
- Background: 3rd or 4th-year university student majoring in Public Management, Human Resources, or Office Administration...
- No experience is required, undergraduates are welcome to apply.
- Good command of English (plus)
- Proficient in using G Suites
- Demonstrated interest in the HR & Admin field and aspiration of pursuing people-oriented careers.
- Good team player, proactive attitude, and eager to learn.
- Internship contract is 3 months.
