They are seeking a dedicated and professional HR & Administrative Executive to support the company's growth. In this role, you will play a key part in managing HR and administrative operations while contributing to a productive and engaging work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage attendance records and support payroll processing.
- Handle recruitment activities, including job posting, CV screening, and interview scheduling.
- Prepare employment contracts and other HR-related documents.
- Maintain and manage employee records and HR documentation.
- Monitor, purchase, and manage office supplies and administrative assets.
- Provide administrative support for stores/showrooms.
- Assist in organizing internal activities and company events.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in HR & Administration or a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good understanding of Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.
- Experience using AI tools to support work is an advantage.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage work efficiently.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work well under pressure.
