Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and organized HR/Admin Assistant to support daily office operations. This role will assist with administrative tasks, basic HR support, and simple accounting-related work such as expense tracking and documentation. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a small team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Assist with general office administration and daily operations
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate basic office needs
- Help organize documents, contracts, and internal records
- Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and general office tasks
HR Support
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Help maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support recruitment coordination such as scheduling interviews
- Assist with HR paperwork and compliance documentation
Accounting Support
- Assist with expense tracking and basic expense reports
- Maintain organized financial and accounting records
- Help prepare supporting documents for accounting and payroll
- Coordinate with external accounting firm when needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Basic understanding of accounting or bookkeeping principles
- 13 years of experience in administration, HR, or accounting support preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Proficient in English
