Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and organized HR/Admin Assistant to support daily office operations. This role will assist with administrative tasks, basic HR support, and simple accounting-related work such as expense tracking and documentation. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a small team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Assist with general office administration and daily operations
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate basic office needs
  • Help organize documents, contracts, and internal records
  • Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and general office tasks

HR Support

  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Help maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Support recruitment coordination such as scheduling interviews
  • Assist with HR paperwork and compliance documentation

Accounting Support

  • Assist with expense tracking and basic expense reports
  • Maintain organized financial and accounting records
  • Help prepare supporting documents for accounting and payroll
  • Coordinate with external accounting firm when needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Basic understanding of accounting or bookkeeping principles
  • 13 years of experience in administration, HR, or accounting support preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Proficient in English
