At Holiday Inn Resort Ba Na Hills, we're creating memorable experiences for every guest from the moment they arrive. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest comfort while supporting the successful pre-opening and day-to-day operations of the resor

t.You will lead and inspire the housekeeping team, ensuring guestrooms and public areas consistently meet IHG brand standards and exceed guest expectation

s.Key Responsibiliti

esOperational Excellen

  • ceSupervise the daily activities of Room Attendants, Public Area Attendants, and Houseperson
  • s.Conduct inspections of guestrooms, corridors, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with IHG brand standard
  • s.Ensure guestrooms are cleaned, maintained, and released according to occupancy requirement
  • s.Monitor productivity, quality, and service standards throughout each shif

  • ipLead, coach, motivate, and develop housekeeping colleagues to deliver exceptional guest experience
  • s.Conduct daily briefings and allocate work assignments efficientl
  • y.Support onboarding and training of new colleagues, ensuring adherence to hotel standards and operating procedure
  • s.Foster a positive, engaged, and collaborative working environmen

t.Guest Experien

  • ceRespond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concern
  • s.Ensure special requests and VIP room preparations are completed accuratel
  • y.Take ownership of guest satisfaction by resolving housekeeping-related issues in a timely manne

r.Quality & Complian

  • ceMaintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across all assigned area
  • s.Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health & safety regulations, and environmental practice
  • s.Report maintenance issues promptly and follow up until resolve
  • d.Monitor inventory levels of linen, guest supplies, and cleaning equipmen

t.Pre-opening Responsibiliti

  • esSupport the setup of guestrooms and public areas before hotel openin
  • g.Participate in recruitment, training, mock-up room inspections, trial operations, and opening readiness activitie
  • s.Assist in developing housekeeping procedures and ensuring operational readines

s.What We Are Looking F

  • orDiploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferre
  • d.Minimum 2–3 years of housekeeping supervisory experience in an international hotel or resor
  • t.Previous pre-opening experience is an advantag
  • e.Strong leadership and people management skill
  • s.Excellent attention to detail and commitment to qualit
  • y.Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • s.Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holiday
  • s.Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems) is preferre
