Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Binh Phuoc City for a Hotel Manager at ULA RESORT GLAMPING. The Hotel Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure quality customer service, manage budgets and costs, and drive sales growth. Responsibilities include supervising food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth functioning of receptionist duties, and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. The Hotel Manager will also lead and develop staff, and ensure compliance with safety and hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Customer Service to ensure a positive guest experience and handle inquiries effectively
• Experience in Budgeting and managing cost controls to maintain operational efficiency
• Strong Sales abilities to drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations to maintain quality and service standards
• Proficiency in Receptionist Duties including guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage teams effectively and ensure smooth operations
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Flexibility to work on-site and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
