This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hotel & Resort Manager located in Ho Chi Minh City. The Hotel & Resort Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and seamless property management. Responsibilities include staff hiring and training, creating and managing budgets, ensuring compliance with operational policies, and maintaining a high standard of guest services. The role requires hands-on leadership to provide an exceptional guest experience and drive business growth at the resort.

• Proven experience in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Expertise in Property Management and maintaining operational excellence
• Strong skills in Budgeting and financial management
• Experience in Hiring and effective team leadership
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in an on-site capacity, supporting dynamic operations in the hospitality industry
• Previous experience in hospitality or similar fields is a strong advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
