As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a warm and welcoming impression while ensuring smooth and efficient restaurant operations. You will manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow, while upholding Hyatt's service standards and delivering a refined, personalized dining experience that reflects the elegance of Park Hyatt Saigon.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant service or hostess role, preferably in luxury hotels or high‑end dining environments
- Strong understanding of guest handling, reservations, and restaurant operations
- Excellent English communication skills and professional interpersonal abilities
- Well‑presented, courteous, and service‑oriented with a warm personality
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Positive, proactive attitude with a passion for hospitality and guest experience
