Key Responsibilities:
1. Host Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, onboard, and lead a team of livestream hosts across various brand categories.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship to improve hosting techniques, product knowledge, and audience engagement.
- Foster a high-performance culture built on energy, creativity, and accountability.
2. Livestream Program Management
- Design workflows, runbooks, and session formats to maximize host effectiveness and show consistency.
- Coordinate scheduling, content briefs, and show planning to ensure smooth livestream execution.
- Partner with internal teams to manage pre-show preparation, technical setup, and post-show wrap-ups.
3. Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Track key livestream KPIs (engagement rate, viewer retention, conversion, GMV) and use data to optimize host performance.
- Provide structured feedback after livestream sessions to help hosts continuously improve.
- Identify areas for improvement in show format, pacing, storytelling, and sales conversion techniques.
4. Brand Alignment & Creative Direction
- Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to align livestream scripts and tone with brand voice and campaign objectives.
- Ensure hosts are properly briefed on key talking points, brand guidelines, and promotional mechanics.
- Match hosts to suitable brands, products, and show formats based on audience, persona, and tone.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as a bridge between hosts, brand teams, production crews, and creative leads to ensure alignment and success.
- Contribute to campaign planning with insights from previous livestream performance and host feedback.
- Maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, acting as the voice of the host team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Livestreaming, KOL/KOC or influencer management, media production, or digital content—minimum 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire on-camera talent or creative teams.
- Strong understanding of livestream platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, Facebook Live, etc.) and trends.
- Strong network with KOL/ KOC or with Host livestream management companies (preferred)
- Excellent communication, organization, and performance coaching skills.
- Data-savvy, with experience using analytics to guide decision-making and performance tracking (optional)
