JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for independent development or validation of risk scoring or customer models and challenging current approaches to optimizations through machine learning models
- Construct dataset used for development or validation, ensure the sample is representative of production population and data is in good quality
- Creative feature engineering skills
- Develop high-quality machine learning models
- Perform quantitative assessment of model performance based on development, validation and out-of-time samples
- Documentation of model development or validation and communication of results to senior manager and presentation to relevant departments
- Develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in risk and customer data science, continuously improve model performance, research the latest modeling practice
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- University graduates with GPA of 3/4 and 7/10 with less than 2-year working experience
- Proficient in English with a level of IELTS 6.0 or equivalent
- Foundation in SQL, Python or other programming languages, understanding statistical concepts, MIS, and passion for data analysis
- Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, collaboration, communication & presentation skills to understand business contexts and suggest constructive enhancements
