Key Responsibilities

• Support customers via phone, email, chat, and messaging channels.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant team when needed.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain quality standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or above.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a 100% English-speaking environment.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willingness to work night shifts.

Compensation & Benefits

• Average Gross Income: 11,000,000 – 13,000,000 VND/month
• Base Salary: 7,500,000 VND/month
• Meal Allowance: 500,000 VND/month
• Voice Support Allowance: 1,000,000 VND/month (applicable while supporting the Voice line)
• Night Shift Allowance: 30% of Base Salary
• Monthly KPI Incentive: 900,000 – 1,200,000 VND/month
• 100% salary during the 2-month probation period

Working Schedule

• Actual Working Shift: 9-hour shift (7.5 working hours + 1-hour meal break + 30-minute utility breaks)
• Example Shift: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM
• Shift assignment is determined by the Team Leader/Line Manager.
• Working Days: 5 days per week (40 hours/week)
• Days Off: Fixed Sunday off and one additional rotating day off per week

Project Operating Hours

• Monday – Friday: 7:30 PM – 7:30 AM
• Saturday: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
