Job Description
1. Business Planning
- Develop annual business plans for the team based on assigned targets.
- Allocate and manage the execution of annual business targets for team members.
2. Marketing, Sales, and Relationship Development with New Large Corporate Clients
- Identify potential large corporate clients aligned with ACB's strategic direction.
- Create development plans for acquiring new corporate clients.
- Directly contact, market, and establish relationships with targeted corporate clients.
- Collaborate with business units for new client acquisition when requested or assigned.
- Receive client information and provide consultation on suitable products/services.
- Propose product/service adjustments or new product designs to meet client needs and ACB's capabilities.
3. Relationship Management with Existing Large Corporate Clients
- Maintain and enhance relationships to retain clients and expand transaction volumes.
- Leverage relationships with related client groups and partners (suppliers/distributors) to maximize profitability.
- Support distribution channels in managing existing client relationships upon request.
- Recommend programs and policies to strengthen client relationships and increase revenue.
4. Revenue Growth from Large Corporate Clients
- Cross-sell corporate and personal banking products to managed clients.
- Propose competitive interest rates and service fees to encourage deeper client engagement and increase revenue.
5. Service Quality Assurance
- Coordinate with distribution channels to deliver services to newly acquired clients.
- Work with relevant departments to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
- Handle client feedback and ensure resolution aligns with ACB's service standards.
6. Corporate Bond Investment Participation
- Identify corporate bond investment opportunities.
- Evaluate and propose investment decisions.
- Execute approved or assigned bond purchase/sale procedures.
7. Debt Trading and Syndicated Financing Participation
- Seek opportunities for debt trading and syndicated financing.
- Evaluate and propose relevant transactions.
- Act as the focal point for executing approved or assigned procedures.
- Manage assigned client portfolios and provide periodic reports as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in banking.
- Broad understanding of Vietnam's economic, political, and banking landscape.
- Strong knowledge of financial service needs of corporate clients.
- In-depth understanding of corporate banking products and operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
