  • Research, draft, and propose to the Head of IT Risk Management, Head of Operational Risk, and Division Management regulations, procedures, and operational standards related to IT activities. Ensure these align with business strategies, industry best practices, the bank's risk appetite, and comply with State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) regulations
  • Guide and monitor the implementation of internal documents to ensure compliance with SBV regulations. Organize updates of standards and requirements from reputable international organizations, and coordinate with relevant units to proactively apply them in IT risk management
  • Update changes and standards, and translate them into internal requirements to manage risks related to banking operations, ensuring alignment with ACB's business reality and the Vietnamese market environment
  • Collaborate with relevant units to identify, measure, and assess the impact of IT-related risks on banking operations

Job Requirements

1. Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Risk Management, or Cybersecurity
  • Possession of international certifications such as ISO 27001:2013, CISA, CISM, CISSP, CGEIT, CEH, OSCP is a strong advantage
  • Solid knowledge and experience in IT, risk management, and cybersecurity
  • Understanding of IT systems, programs, and software used in the financial and banking sectors

2. Work Experience:

  • Experience across various banking operations; preference for candidates with coordination experience in system-wide implementation
  • Experience in internal or external auditing of financial institutions or fintech companies

3. Knowledge & Expertise:

  • Knowledge of banking policies and products
  • Understanding of relevant legal regulations
  • Awareness of economic, political, and social conditions

4. Skills:

  • Planning and effective execution skills
  • Adaptability and ability to apply new knowledge and practices
  • Self-learning ability for market-related knowledge
  • Problem-solving and logical thinking.
  • Negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Time and task management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
