Integration Project Portfolio Management: Plan, prioritize, allocate resources, and track project progress from the initial requirements analysis to go-live and post-launch support.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the key point of contact, collaborating closely with various departments (Product, Technology, Business, Legal, Risk, Operations) to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
Risk & Compliance Management: Ensure all integration solutions strictly adhere to regulations from the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV), especially Circular 64/2024/TT-NHNN, international security standards, and OCB's internal policies.
Operations & Incident Management: Establish and execute processes for monitoring and resolving incidents related to integrated services, in line with quality commitments (SLAs).
Process Optimization: Standardize and continuously improve the partner onboarding process and technical documentation (API Docs, Sandbox) to accelerate connectivity.
Performance Measurement: Analyze operational data (e.g., adoption rates, latency, error rates) to continuously optimize system performance and propose new value-adding solutions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Banking & Finance, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in IT project implementation or system integration (API, Microservices), preferably in the Banking or Fintech industry.
At least 1-2 years of team management experience.
Experience with Open Banking, Open APIs, and specific integration products (e.g., VietQR, Virtual Account, eKYC...).
A proven track record of leading complex API integration projects to a successful launch with demonstrated results (e.g., reducing processing time, automating workflows).
Excellent cross-functional coordination and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
A strong sense of ownership, a product-oriented mindset, and a focus on delivering business value.
