(HN) Tenical Leader/ Solution Architect

Job Description:

- Consult and develop technical solutions for enterprise customers based on Java technology stack and open-source platforms.

- Collaborate with sales teams to analyze client requirements, propose architectures, and design solutions that address customer business needs.

- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution proposals to articulate the value of the company's offerings.

- Contribute to the creation of technical documentation, solution proposals, quotations, and project implementation plans.

- Provide technical support for tenders, RFPs, and RFQs, clarifying solutions in meetings and documentation as needed.

- Liaise closely with the engineering team during POCs and solution testing phases, ensuring smooth handover and knowledge transfer to customers.

- Proactively update knowledge on new trends in technologies and related enterprise solutions.

- Address technical issues, providing expert support, and contributing to business development and project expansion opportunities.

Job Requirements:

- Expert-level proficiency in Java (Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Apache Kafka) and extensive knowledge of open-source and other technologies (Linux, Databases, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, cloud platforms).

- Significant hands-on experience in architecting, consulting, and deployingsolutions.

- Strong leadership and teamwork abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to guide and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Outstanding consulting, presentation, and problem-solving skills, capable of owning technical solution design, presales activities, and engaging in complex RFP/RFQ processes.

- Excellent English communication, able to effectively lead technical discussions, presentations, and workshops with international clients and project teams.

- Proven experience in developing PoCs, demos, authoring technical documentation, and conducting technical due diligence for bids and project delivery.
