[HN/HCMC] Product Assistant Manager (Sales Management)

I. Description:

In charge of Product Planning, Sales Revenues & OPSI in the assigned Region by product categories:

(Vacant 1) North Region: Refrigerator and Freezer Products/ (Vacant 2) South Region: Washing Machine Products.

1. PRODUCT PLANNING

- Recommend the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements.

- Appraise new product ideas and/or packaging changes.

- Determine product pricing by obtaining market analysis & product positioning.

- Plan & execute new product launching strategies.

2. SALES REVENUE

- Be accountable for sell-in targets in the region

- Drive sales & monitor profit to maximize sales revenue

- Expand network & obtain product market share aligning with targets

- Do short-term and long-term product sales forecasts & performance reports.

3. OPSI:

- Oversee and manage OPSI, logistics and operations to maximize the process efficiency and productivity.

- Conduct inventory forecast, inventory turnover tracking & performance analysis.

All of other related tasks assigned by Line Manager.

II. Requirements:

1. Education background:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Economics or related major.

2. Working experience:

- At least 3 years of working experience in Product Management

- Having experience in Home Appliance/ Consumer Electronics product is preferred.

3. Skills:

- Proficiency in English and/or Chinese.

- Excellent in Microsoft Office and data analysis skills.

- Strong communication and presentation skills .

- Product knowledge mastery.

- Advanced negotiation and industry benchmark knowledge.

- Profound understanding of sales policies and processes.

4. Others:

- Result-oriented

- Having business mindset

- Ability to work under high pressure
