Job Responsibilities
- Research, develop, and deploy AI solutions for internal products and client projects.
- Explore and evaluate the latest AI research and technologies to solve business challenges.
- Experiment with state-of-the-art AI models and integrate them into production systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and optimize AI-powered applications.
- Stay updated on advancements in AI, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Requirements
Must-Have
- Good English communication skills.
- Hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas:
- Computer Vision: OCR, Object Detection, Image Segmentation, Generative AI (Stable Diffusion, ControlNet, etc.)
- NLP & LLMs: RAG, AI Agents, LLM Fine-tuning, Prompt Engineering
- Ability to read research papers, conduct experiments, evaluate models, and implement AI solutions.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience deploying AI models in production.
- Proficiency in Python and AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, or Ultralytics.
- Familiarity with MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Personal AI projects, GitHub portfolio, or open-source contributions.
