Role Description The High Volume Manufacturing Planner is a full-time, on-site role based in Yên Phong district. This role is responsible for planning and scheduling high-volume production activities to meet customer demand, capacity constraints, and inventory targets. The Manufacturing Planner analyzes forecasts, production data, and material availability to create and adjust daily, weekly, and monthly manufacturing plans. The role involves coordinating closely with production, procurement, logistics, and quality teams to ensure on-time delivery and efficient use of resources. The planner also monitors key performance indicators, identifies bottlenecks, and recommends improvements to production planning processes and systems.
Qualifications
  • Strong production planning and scheduling skills for high-volume manufacturing environments, including capacity analysis and demand forecasting.
  • Proficiency in using ERP/MRP systems and spreadsheet tools for data analysis, reporting, and planning optimization.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain operations, inventory management, and lean or continuous improvement principles.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, procurement, logistics, quality) and communicate clearly with stakeholders at different levels.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under time constraints.
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant manufacturing planning experience is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with KPI management, cost control, and efficiency improvement in high-volume manufacturing settings.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Yên Phong district and adapt to dynamic production and customer requirements.
