This is a full-time, on-site role for a Healthcare Specialist located in Hanoi. The Healthcare Specialist will provide medical support and deliver emergency care, manage health-related training sessions, maintain accurate medical records, and work closely with teams and individuals to ensure optimal health outcomes. Responsibilities include offering guidance on healthcare best practices, performing initial assessments, and creating tailored treatment plans as needed.

• Expertise in EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) practices and general Medicine
• Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with individuals, teams, and partners
• Ability to develop and implement comprehensive Training programs related to healthcare and wellness
• Background in Healthcare, with a solid understanding of clinical procedures and protocols
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Professional certifications in the healthcare field are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare, medical, or related field is preferred
