Provide daily oversight of HSE activities across the plant and ensure compliance with all HSE policies and procedures, including Permit-to-Work (PTW), Work at Height, Hot Work Permits, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements.
Conduct HSE orientation and training programs for employees and contractors in accordance with company standards and local regulations.
Manage Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) programs, including inventory monitoring and replenishment of automated dispensing systems.
Lead safety awareness initiatives through HSE meetings, toolbox talks, shift handover meetings, and employee engagement activities.
Monitor statutory inspections and certifications of critical safety equipment, including cranes, hoists, forklifts, pressure relief devices, elevators, and compressed air systems.
Perform routine inspections of fire protection and emergency response equipment, including fire extinguishers, fire pumps, fire hoses, eyewash stations, safety showers, first aid kits, spill response kits, and ladders.
Review contractor HSE documentation and oversee contractor compliance on-site, ensuring all equipment and tools meet safety requirements before entry.
Coordinate environmental monitoring and industrial hygiene programs.
Supervise site security operations and ensure effective implementation of security procedures.
Support the development and implementation of new HSE policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain waste management records and prepare regulatory reports as required.
Conduct daily 5S inspections, HSE observations, and update safety communication boards.
Maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for raw materials and finished products in both English and Vietnamese.
Investigate incidents, accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, ensuring timely corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate annual health check-ups and occupational health surveillance programs in compliance with regulatory requirements.
