POSITION: HEALTH SAFETY ENVIRONMENT SUPERVISOR (HSE SUPERVISOR)
- Report to: HSE Manager
- Working place: Can Giuoc - Long An (Tan Kim IZ)
- Working time: Monday to Saturday, overtime when required. On Saturdays, employees may work WFH depending on business needs (8:00AM - 6:00PM)
MAIN DUTIES:
Job Objectives:
- Do risk intensive assessment for activities on site.
- Contractor management (training, critical equipment check, issue permits, supervision, violation record)
- Collect and report EHS KPI's
- Legal compliance assessment
- System control plan for 2026 (ISO 14001, OH&S 45001)
- Near miss and risk closing tracking
- Environment control as EIA
- Hazardous waste clarification control
- Make incident investigation report
- Execute monthly H&S audit
Requirements:
- University, major in EH&S or technical
- At least 3-4 years of relevant working experiences
- Have experiences on ISO 14001 or OH&S 4500
- Intermediate English level
- Team work / communication skills / presentation & facilitation skills
