Location: Hochiminh City

THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are looking for a Health Ecosystem and Case Management, Consultant who is responsible for
- Developing, enhancing, and managing AIA's Health & Wellness ecosystem targeted at High Net Worth (HNW) customers.
- Designing differentiated health services, curating premium health partner networks, and driving innovative healthcare solutions and services that elevate customer experience and loyalty.
- Overseeing the Case Management team, ensuring best in class underwriting, clinical and professional service guidance, seamless care navigation, and exceptional service delivery for HNW customers requiring complex Wealth & Health support.
. The position requires strong expertise in healthcare systems, medical services, case
management operations, partner management, and customer centric solution design.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Health & Wellness Ecosystem Development

  • Design and develop a premium Health & Wellness ecosystem tailored to HNW customer needs, including preventive care, diagnostics, chronic disease management, second opinion services, and global medical access.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard medical institutions, digital health platforms, wellness providers from both internal and external network to enhance AIA's health propositions.
  • Lead product ideation and solution development for new health service offerings, ensuring alignment with customer insights, market trends, and AIA's strategic priorities.
  • Benchmark regional best practices (e.g., Singapore, Hong Kong, China health markets) and integrate learnings to uplift proposition quality.


B. Case Management Leadership

  • Oversee the Case Management team responsible for supporting HNW customers through their healthcare journey, ensuring timely guidance, medical interpretation, and provider coordination.
  • Establish internal and external operational protocols to ensure consistent, high quality case handling.
  • Work with internal medical experts to provide clinical insights into medical cases, treatment pathways, and healthcare navigation options.
  • Monitor performance, case turnaround time, customer satisfaction, and service quality metrics.


C. Partner & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage relationships with hospitals, specialist networks, concierge service providers, digital health partners, and wellness service providers.
  • Negotiate partner agreements and service levels to ensure premium service standards for HNW customers.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with Distribution, Customer Experience, Proposition, Operations, and Compliance teams to deliver high impact health services.


D. Governance, Quality, and Compliance

  • Ensure all health service designs, case management processes, and partner engagements comply with medical ethics, regulatory requirements, and AIA governance standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and audit readiness for health programs and case management activities.


E. Insights & Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze customer health needs, service utilization patterns, medical trends, and feedback to drive ecosystem enhancements.
  • Introduce innovation through digital tools, remote care solutions, and emerging health technologies relevant to HNW customers.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Medicine, Allied Health, Public Health, Health Administration,
  • or related fields.
  • Professional certificates or qualification in Health Insurance, Public Health, Wellness etc is a plus
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in: . Health insurance, healthcare management, medical services, clinical operations, insurance underwriting or case management
  • International Health Insurance or health system environment, medical concierge, managed care, or premium health services
  • Working with HNW or VIP clientele is an advantage
  • Working with Reinsurers is an advantage
  • Demonstrated experience in building or managing health insurance and health ecosystems, medical networks, or premium service offerings.
  • Experience leading small teams, operational processes, and partner management.
  • Strong understanding of health insurance, healthcare systems, clinical workflows, treatment pathways, and hospital operations.
  • Experience with case management protocol, corporate solutions, patient navigation, or clinical advisory services.
  • Ability to evaluate professional service quality, provider capabilities, and healthcare partnerships.
  • Knowledge of health innovation, preventive care programs, digital health, and wellness trends.
