Job Description

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Design and execute RWE studies using claims, EHR, and registry data to address clinical and economic questions.
  • Conduct systematic literature reviews and meta-analyses to contextualize RWE findings.
  • Support or lead the integration of RWE into HTA submissions or value dossiers.
  • Develop analytical plans and validate methodologies.
  • Contribute to economic evaluations by incorporating RWE-derived inputs (treatment patterns, resource use).
  • Stay current with RWE standards and regional data landscapes.
  • Present findings to clients and co-author scientific publications.

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Health Economics, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience in RWE projects in consulting, pharma, CROs, or research institutions.
  • Proficiency in R, Stata, or SAS for multivariate regression, survival analysis, etc.
  • Experience designing and executing retrospective database studies using real-world datasets.
  • Proven ability to develop analytical plans, write statistical analysis plans, and validate results.
  • Direct involvement in HTA or reimbursement submissions where RWE was used is a plus.
  • Ability to draft technical reports, proposals, and manuscript methods sections.
