Join our Health Economics and Market Access team in Asia-Pacific, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. As Team Lead, you will drive the strategic direction of our practice, combining technical excellence, client leadership, and business development to expand our regional footprint.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Lead end-to-end HEOR and market access projects, from proposal to delivery, for global and regional clients across Asia-Pacific.
  • Design comprehensive evidence generation plans integrating SLRs, RWE, and health economic modeling to support pricing and reimbursement.
  • Oversee development of high-complexity economic models and HTA submissions.
  • Serve as primary client advisor and build long-term relationships.
  • Represent the firm at conferences, publish thought leadership, and contribute to methodological innovation.
  • Supervise and develop senior and junior consultants; lead regional training initiatives.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment with international standards.

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience in consulting or industry (7+ years), with demonstrated leadership in HEOR.
  • Expertise in SLRs, NMA, RWE, and HE modeling (cost-effectiveness, budget impact).
  • Track record of successful HTA submissions and client engagements.
  • Experience managing teams and leading proposals development in a consulting context.
  • PhD or advanced Master's in Health Economics, Pharmacy, Epidemiology, or related field.
  • English fluent. Vietnamese, Mandarin, or Japanese is a plus.
  • You demonstrate strong presentation, publication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
