Position Overview: Lead fundraising and capital management initiatives — from investment funds, banks, financial institutions, or strategic partners — to strengthen capital structure and expand its SME Financing portfolio.
What you are accountable for:
● Raise capital from banks, investment funds, DFIs, and strategic partners through debt, equity, or joint-venture structures.
● Lead deal structuring, negotiation, and execution to optimize cost of capital, collateral management, risk allocation, and legal compliance.
● Align fundraising initiatives with SME disbursement targets and loan portfolio growth plans.
● Manage covenants, investor reports, and internal dashboards tracking capital utilization and performance.
● Establish consistent investor communication cadence through quarterly updates, portfolio reviews, and annual briefings.
● Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors, banks, and financial partners.
● Represent Advance at investor meetings, conferences, and fundraising presentations.
Required:
● Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or equivalent.
● Minimum 5 years of experience in:
○ Investment Banking / Corporate Finance / Fintech Lending / Structured Debt / PE / Fund Management.
● Proven track record in fundraising or structured finance deals.
● Strong skills in financial modeling, capital structuring, deal negotiation, and investor communication.
● Proficiency in English for finance: reading, writing, and presenting.
Preferred:
● Established network with banks, investment funds, or financial institutions in Vietnam.
● Prior experience in fast-paced startup or fintech environments.
● Understanding of SME Lending, Invoice Financing, or Supply Chain Finance.
