1. Development of Retail Marketing Campaigns
- Strategize and direct business planning for all key nationwide campaigns to meet annual, quarterly, and monthly business objectives at both national and branch levels. Evaluate market conditions, develop business strategies, and define communication messages/concepts for key nationwide retail campaigns for relevant departments.
- Plan and implement major nationwide Retail Marketing programs following multi-brand and multi-market (Tier) orientations.
- Develop key promotional programs to drive revenue, aligned with customer focus, multi-brand, multi-market, and sales channels nationwide.
- Create retail marketing communication programs at points of sale across the country.
- Strategize and coordinate the implementation of Branch Retail Marketing programs, VIP Gatherings, Grand Openings, etc.
- Design and execute business-driving programs at branch levels, VIP Gatherings, Grand Openings/Re-openings, competitive responses, etc.
- Supervise, report, manage risks, handle changes, and address arising issues during the implementation process, making timely adjustments.
2. Department Budget Construction & Control
- Ensure operational efficiency and control detailed budget allocation and usage within the department, nationwide programs, and branch programs.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual budget reports for the managed budget sections.
3. Market Intelligence
- Conduct research and gather information from the market, customers, and competitors to develop new ideas, innovative operating methods, and accelerate the pace of retail marketing activities.
4. Building, Managing, Organizing Training, and Developing Team Capacity
- Build, recruit, manage, and allocate personnel according to the department's organizational structure and in line with human resource development plans.
- Organize training and development programs to enhance team capabilities.
- Foster a positive team working culture.
