Our's OMO project is seeking an experienced and passionate Head of Teacher to join our academic team. This position is designed for a foreign professional with strong teaching expertise and leadership qualities.
The Head of Teacher will play a dual role: both directly engaging in teaching and contributing to the academic and strategic growth of the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Teaching (50%):
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons aligned with OMO's curriculum and model
- Apply student-centered teaching methods to foster active learning
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback
- Serve as a role model for teaching quality and professionalism
2. Communication, Recruitment & Marketing (30%)
- Represent Galaxy Education in events, workshops, and open classes for parents and prospective students
- Support marketing and promotional activities through demo lessons, seminars, or media appearances
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance Galaxy Education's academic image and reputation
3. Curriculum and Material Development (20%)
- Contribute to the design, development, and improvement of teaching materials and curricula
- Provide insights and feedback to ensure academic programs meet international standards
- Mentor and support teaching staff in the use of new materials and methodologies
REQUIRMENTS
- Native or near-native English proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or related fields
- Recognized teaching certification (CELTA, DELTA, TEFL, TESOL, or equivalent)
- At least 5 years of teaching experience, with proven classroom success
- Prior experience in academic leadership, teacher training, or curriculum development is a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Enthusiastic, adaptable, and culturally open-minded

LOCATION: 25T2 Building, Nguyen Thi Thap Street, Yen Hoa Ward, Hanoi
WORKING TIME: From 8:30 to 18:00, Monday to Saturday with two Saturdays off every other week
