JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for designing and implementing Organizational Development, Talent Development, Learning & Performance Management initiatives company-wide to ensure a capable, future-ready workforce aligned with business strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Talent Development & Succession Planning
- Identify, design and deliver talent development programs
- Design assessment tools, select and monitor participants development roadmap.
- Partner with coaches/mentors to ensure program effectiveness.
2. Learning & Development
- Manage and oversee company-wide learning & development activities.
- Develop training programs tailored to different employee groups.
- Design and implement leadership development programs for managers.
- Monitor training budget, effectiveness and execution.
3. Performance & HR Systems
- Develop and improve performance management systems
- Analyze assessment results and recommend actions to improve workforce capability.
- Oversee job descriptions and challenge programs for newly appointed managers
4. Management & Reporting
- Contribute to annual HR planning and budgeting
- Lead, develop and coach team members.
- Prepare reports, analyze data and propose improvement initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Director.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Education
- Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Business Administration or related fields.
2. Experience
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including 4 years in a similar role.
- FMCG or large-scale company experience is a plus.
3. Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Vietnam Labor Law.
- Solid expertise in Organizational Development, Learning & Performance Management.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; English
