Job Description

I. Job Duties:

1. Talent Acquisition Leadership

  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle from talent sourcing to onboarding to ensure the company consistently acquires qualified talent across both office and store operations.
  • Develop and execute talent attraction strategies aligned with business priorities.
  • Manage and expand partnerships with universities, job platforms, and external recruitment agencies, including search firms for senior-level roles.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives across online and offline channels to strengthen the company's visibility in the talent market.
  • Conduct talent mapping and work closely with executive search partners to build strong pipelines for critical and senior positions.

2. HR Business Partnering

  • Advise senior leaders on HR policies, processes, workforce planning, capability development, performance management, and culture-building to foster engagement and continuous growth.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand upcoming plans and workforce needs, then propose appropriate people solutions.
  • Provide guidance to line managers on staff-related matters to enhance working relationships, build morale, and improve productivity and retention.
  • Partner with the HR Operations team to ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures across the organization.

3. Talent Development & Workforce Management

  • Drive internal talent development initiatives, including internal mobility and promotion processes, to secure strong talent pools for key positions.
  • Monitor and analyze essential HR metrics such as headcount, hiring costs, and retention rates to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports to senior management using HR analytics and insights.

4. Budget Management

  • Develop, manage, and optimize the annual talent acquisition budget to ensure cost-effective recruitment activities.

II. Job Requirements:

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business, or another relevant discipline; equivalent professional experience may also be considered.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity within talent acquisition or HRBP functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong professional networks and maintain effective external and internal partnerships.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a strong understanding of people dynamics.
  • Proven capability to manage multiple priorities, work toward results, and deliver under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail, reliability, and follow-through.
  • Solid problem-solving, planning, reporting, and team leadership capabilities.
  • Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese, verbal and written.
