Job Description
This position aims to transform supply chain operations in Vietnam through the implementation of an integrated ERP system and internal process harmonization. The role will deliver a unified platform for planning, procurement, logistics, compliance, and sustainability, ensuring operational excellence and cost efficiency.
- ERP Implementation will serve as the backbone of this transformation, enabling end-to-end visibility and control across supply chain functions. The system will standardize processes for material planning, production scheduling, inventory management, and order fulfillment, reducing cycle times and improving data accuracy. Integration with Thailand's regional systems will ensure seamless information flow, consolidated reporting, and alignment with corporate standards.
- Scheduling Optimization is a critical component, with guidelines and parameters developed to support accurate production planning and resource allocation. Standard operating procedures (SOPs), policies, and compliance checklists will be introduced to secure adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.
- In Sourcing and Procurement, the focus will be on building a robust supplier network, including contract manufacturing partners, while ensuring vendor qualification and compliance with legal and ethical standards. Comprehensive onboarding processes and performance monitoring will strengthen supplier reliability and mitigate risks.
- Logistics and Warehouse Management will be enhanced through streamlined day-to-day procedures, efficient material handling, and inventory accuracy. Advanced practices such as cycle counting, and real-time tracking will improve productivity and reduce operational losses.
- The position embeds Sustainability principles by implementing resource-efficient practices, minimizing waste, and promoting environmentally responsible sourcing. Metrics such as energy consumption, scrap reduction, and packaging optimization will be tracked to ensure continuous improvement.
- Finally, a Continuous Improvement framework will be established to revisit existing standards, identify opportunities for optimization, and drive cost efficiency. Regular audits, performance reviews, and Kaizen initiatives will maintain momentum and deliver long-term business effectiveness.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role you will need to exhibit the below qualities:
- Master degree or above in Supply Chain Management or related field
- Experience working in Asia in a leadership position
- To demonstrate a minimum 15 years of supply chain experience experience ( of which minimum 5 years in managerial roles)
- Strong knowledge of complex end to end Supply Chain processes
- Extended knowledge of Import / Export regulations
- Lean manufacturing experience
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; interact effectively within the organization
- Drive the solution to most complex business problems
