Job Description

What you will do:

The Head of Strategic Planning acts as a key strategic partner to Adtima's leadership, translating business priorities into actionable strategies and integrated solutions for clients. The role focuses on enhancing the effectiveness of Adtima's commercial offerings, optimizing the use of Zalo's ecosystem advantages, and leading a team to deliver consistent, data-driven, and impactful planning that supports sustainable growth.

  • Lead strategic planning and consulting for Adtima's key clients across Media Ads, SaaS, and native sponsorship; design and deliver full-funnel strategies that unlock new revenue and amplify Zalo's platform advantage;
  • Develop and institutionalize Adtima's strategic planning framework, playbooks, success guides, and commercial credentials for sales and marketing teams;
  • Oversee quality control of Adtima Solutions; collaborate with Zalo product teams (Mini App, Zing MP3, Data DMP, AI, etc.) to define and scale innovative business solutions that drive sustainable growth;
  • Initiate and lead moment-based and seasonal go-to-market planning, crafting content-media packages to drive incremental revenue;
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify market shifts and new opportunities that reinforce Adtima's leadership and competitive edge;
  • Act as a senior advisor to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring strategic coherence and measurable impact on business results;
  • Stay ahead of industry and consumer trends; turn insights into actionable growth and product strategies;
  • Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing team of strategic planners; foster analytical excellence and a culture of innovation.

What you will need:

  • 810+ years of experience in strategic planning, integrated marketing, or digital business strategy;
  • Demonstrated success in leading client strategy and driving commercial growth across large-scale accounts or digital ecosystems;
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, AdTech/MarTech, and platform-driven business models;
  • Sharp business acumen with proven ability to translate insights into clear commercial narratives;
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
  • Experience in top-tier agencies, media networks, or digital platforms is highly preferred.
