Zannier Hotels Bai San Ho, located in Phu Yen region in Vietnam — part of the award-winning Zannier Hotels collection — is a sanctuary of authenticity, simplicity, and soul. We are seeking an inspiring Wellness Manager to lead the holistic journey at Hoa Sen Spa, where wellness is not just practiced — it's lived.

About the Role

This role blends leadership, creativity, and mindfulness — curating wellness experiences rooted in Vietnamese culture and Zannier's timeless philosophy of harmony between body, mind, and spirit. You will oversee all spa and wellness operations, including bespoke therapies, holistic workshops, and seasonal retreats. Beyond management, you will guide guests on meaningful journeys of transformation while mentoring a passionate team and collaborating with other departments to elevate the wellness vision of Zannier Hotels Bai San Ho.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the Spa & Wellness team with empathy and excellence.
• Curate and oversee all wellness offerings, rituals, and retreat programs.
• Maintain exceptional guest experience through personalized care and mindfulness-driven service.
• Ensure operational efficiency, quality, and consistency in all wellness touchpoints.
• Manage wellness stock, budgeting, and reporting with attention to detail.
• Contribute to sales reports, forecasts, and revenue initiatives to optimize profitability.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate wellness across the guest journey.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in luxury spa, wellness, or holistic environments (leadership exposure preferred).
• Certification in one or more holistic disciplines (Yoga, Meditation, Reiki, Pilates, Sound Healing, etc.).
• Deep understanding of holistic health, energy work, and the mind–body connection.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of professionalism, empathy, and guest service orientation.
• Familiarity with spa software, inventory management, and performance reporting.
• Passion for mindful living, cultural authenticity, and sustainable wellbeing practices.
• Fluency in English required; fluency in Vietnamese or additional languages are an advantage.
