Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Software Engineering, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The role involves overseeing and managing the software development team to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with the company's goals. Responsibilities include leading the design and implementation of enterprise architecture, managing projects, mentoring team members, and driving innovation and improvements in software engineering processes. Collaboration with stakeholders to align technology strategies with business objectives is a critical aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Software Development and Enterprise Architecture with knowledge of technologies and frameworks relevant to large-scale applications
• Proven ability in Team Management, Team Leadership, and cultivating a high-performing development team
• Experience with Project Management, including managing timelines, resources, and cross-functional collaboration
• Strategic thinking and the ability to implement robust engineering solutions to meet organizational goals
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Experience working with AI, Data, and Cloud-based products is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with technical and non-technical stakeholders
