As Viet Nam Tinh Hoa continues to grow and thrive, we seek an experienced and visionary leader to guide the school's next phase of developmentits expansion into a full Senior School. The successful candidate will bring a proven record of success in Secondary leadership, with the strategic acumen and resilience to lead a high-performing, dual language international school through an exciting period of growth.
They will have substantial experience in shaping outstanding teaching and learning within the IB MYP or equivalent international curriculum, and a deep understanding of adolescent development and multilingual education. The role requires an ability to collaborate effectively with VNTH's existing leadership team and partners to build a cohesive, high-achieving through-school from Early Years to Senior.
