Working Location: CF Group Building, 119–121 Dai Tu Street, Dinh Cong, Hanoi
Working Time: 08:30 – 12:00 & 13:00 – 17:30 (Monday to Friday, plus 2 Saturdays/month)

Aubot Automation and Robotics JSC, a key member of CF Group (founded in 2019), specializes in automation solutions for logistics, including AGV, ASRS, WCS, and smart warehouse systems. With strong in-house R&D (92–98% developed by Vietnamese engineers), Aubot serves clients across Vietnam, Japan, and Southeast Asia.
We are entering a new growth phase and are looking for a Head of Sales to lead and scale our warehouse automation business.
The Opportunity
This is not a typical sales role.
This is an opportunity to build, scale, and lead a business line in logistics automation.
You will work directly with leadership to define strategy, win high-value projects, and expand into regional markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute sales strategy for Vietnam, with expansion into Southeast Asia and international markets
- Own and drive the full sales cycle for high-value automation projects (AGV, ASRS, WCS), from opportunity identification to deal closing
- Build and manage the sales pipeline, including forecasting, conversion, and revenue targets
- Lead complex solution sales, working closely with engineering and product teams to deliver tailored proposals
- Develop and lead a high-performing sales team, including structure, KPIs, and capability development
- Build strategic relationships with C-level clients, partners, and system integrators
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful project delivery aligned with customer expectations
- Provide strategic insights on market trends, competitors, and growth opportunities to leadership
What We're Looking For
- 8–15 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in Automation, Intralogistics, System Integration, Robotics, or Warehouse Solutions
- Proven track record in large-scale / high-value project sales
- Strong experience in solution selling and complex deal negotiation
- Solid understanding of AGV, ASRS, WMS/WCS or similar systems
- Experience working with clients in logistics, manufacturing, warehousing, retail, or e-commerce
- Prior experience in regional market expansion (SEA or global) is a strong advantage
- Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong leadership mindset with the ability to build and scale teams
