Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute sales strategies for RAC, PAC, and Chiller segments in line with company objectives.
Set annual sales targets, forecasts, pricing strategy, and sales budgets.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

2. Team Leadership & Performance Management
Build, lead, coach, and evaluate the HVAC sales team.
Define KPIs, monitor performance, and implement improvement plans.
Recruit, train, and develop sales managers and engineers.

3. Channel & Key Account Management
Develop and manage sales channels: dealers, distributors, contractors, consultants, and project owners.
Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, consultants, and EPC contractors.
Lead negotiations for major HVAC projects and strategic contracts.

4. Project Sales & Business Development
Oversee project sales for PAC and Chiller systems (commercial & industrial).
Support bidding, technical-commercial proposals, and contract closing.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.

5. Cross-functional Coordination
Work closely with Engineering, Technical, Service, and Supply Chain teams to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate after-sales support strategy with Service teams.

6. Reporting & Compliance
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical standards.



Job Requirements

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 810 years of experience in HVAC sales, including 35 years in a managerial role.
Strong background in RAC, PAC, and Chiller products and project sales.

Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
Deep understanding of HVAC market, channels, and project sales cycles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
Ability to work under pressure and manage large-scale projects.

Preferred
Experience working with multinational HVAC brands or large contractors.
Established network with consultants, developers, and M&E contractors.
