Role Description

We are seeking a Head of Sales E-Commerce Logistics for a full-time on-site position located in Hanoi, Vietnam. In this role, you will lead the sales team, develop and execute effective sales strategies, and drive revenue growth for our e-commerce logistics solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing key accounts, analyzing market trends to identify opportunities, setting and achieving sales goals, and providing mentorship and leadership to the sales team while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Sales and Sales Management to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Experience in Account Management, fostering strong client relationships and ensuring customer retention.
• Strong Team Management capabilities to lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team.
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends, sales data, and performance metrics for making informed decisions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to dynamic changes.
• Experience in e-commerce or logistics is a strong plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Vietnamese is advantageous.
